The front desk staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful, providing the best part of the experience. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the property was severely lacking. the elevator floor was sticky upon check-in, and my room was not cleaned during my stay. Additionally, the lack of basic amenities like a vending machine and the disorganized food handling were disappointing, making it clear that the management needs to focus on improvements.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, indoor pool, and friendly 24-hour reception. They helped me with a glitch on my first visit. I highly recommend staying here. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Room was spacious and clean enough to give my family some breathing room during our stay and the staff was friendly which helped when we needed extra towels for the kids.

The room was spacious and perfect for my family. Having a fridge was great for storing snacks. We loved the friendly staff who always greeted us with smiles, making us feel right at home. The location was about a 10-minute drive to the Stockyards, which made for a fantastic family outing.

stayed here for a wedding celebration and it exceeded my expectations. the spacious room was perfect for relaxation, and the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. i loved the peaceful atmosphere away from the freeway noise.

The room keys were finicky, requiring multiple trips to reception, which was more hassle than I'd like. A/C struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, and there were no sheets in the room for the sofa bed. The bathroom felt tighter than expected, leaving little breathing room. Also, the TV quality was lackluster throughout the hotel, which can be annoying when you're trying to unwind.

The room was spacious and I loved the Texas-shaped waffles at breakfast! I also enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and the cozy leisure room for relaxing after a long day. My only hiccup was that the air conditioning struggled a bit, but it didn’t ruin my stay. 👍

I stayed here for a few nights and honestly, the people at the front desk are super nice. The breakfast was alright, typical free options. But the place was kinda gross, like sticky elevator floors and my room wasn’t cleaned one day. A bit disappointing considering the price.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable with ample space for the family. The breakfast was enjoyable, but some appliances in the room didn't work, and the housekeeper could have been a little more considerate. Overall, a good stay but with a few areas for improvement.

Spacious room, clean room with a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities, which made my stay more enjoyable as I could easily prepare snacks and drinks whenever I wanted. additionally, the free parking was a huge advantage for exploring the area without any hassle.
